For Air Force general.

1) There is effective way: to divide your planes into teams. Select a number of planes and press Ctrl+1 to assign first team (Ctrl+2 to assign second team and so on). When you have all teams assigned, controlling them is easy. If you see an enemy unit, press 1 on keyboard then click on target. Then press 2 and click on another target and so on.

Advantages:
- Your losses are minimal.
- Firepower of your planes is used optimally.
- Fits for "Lance" tactics.
Drawbacks:
- Too much time is needed to assign teams.
- If you have losses, you need to build new planes and reassign teams (which takes time too).

2) There is airfield with sequential launch. It increases effectiveness of Attack Move and Guard modes. You can select all your planes and order to attack move. They will take off one after another and destroy targets one after another. It prevents simultaneous attack at one target.

Advantages:
- No preparation, easy to implement.
- Micro control is as minimal as possible.
Drawbacks:
- Firepower is not used optimally because planes lock on nearest target. One moving soldier can deviate attack of nearly 50 planes.
- Does not fit for "Lance" tactics.

3) There is yet another effective way. Build airfield with sequential launch. Select all planes on it (to say, we have 5 F-18). Order them to attack a target. Planes will take off one after another and fly one after another. Our first F-18 will destroy first target. The rest of them will turn around trying to return to base. Click on another target. First F-18 is out of ammo already - it will ignore the order. Others will lock on another target. Since planes fly one after another, situation is repeated. Another plane is out of ammo and another target is destroyed. Click on third target. You can repeat it 5 times. This method allows to cut tanks from enemy formations with surgeon precision.

Advantages:
- No preparation, easy to implement.
- Firepower of your planes is used the most optimal way (even better than in 1st variant).
Drawbacks:
- You have too many losses.
- Does not fit for "Lance" tactics.
